Each morning, when you first awaken, face the daylight (even if it's overcast) with your eyes closed and raise your arms so that the palms of your hands also face the daylight (about 45 degrees from the ground) Then say the following prayer: "God, please Sanctify my day bless me, and all sentient beings, and bring Light to the Earth."
